Philadelphia Airport Marriott

I want to give a huge shoutout to the front desk team at the PHL Airport Marriott. Andrea/Javelyn/Byron are absolute superstars. They made me feel welcome and they were kind and efficient. Hotel maintaining Marriott standards at the Philadelphia Airport. Very comfortable place to stay to beat the traffic and catch an early flight. On-time room service breakfast. Porter took luggage from room to airport shuttle, which took bags to the end of the long Delta check-in line. I'm sure he couldn't do that with a full shuttle bus, but he treated us like royalty. And contrary to a couple other posts, there was abundant hot water for a wake-up shower. Great experience!

Location is perfect to the airport, hotel has direct walking access to Terminal B on Floor 2! Parking direction is a bit confusing but managed to find it. Parking lot has direct access through a walking bridge to Floor 3. The executive lounge location is a bit interesting, which is behind the restaurant. Room is adequate with no complaint

Very nice airport hotel. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the higher floors do have a smell of jet fuel. The hotel overall is a nice airport hotel. They do have a small lounge with limited options for status members but at least it’s a one thing. The staff is extremely friendly all around and excellent customer service! Bryon at the front is great!

Great location — especially if you’re flying in or out of Philadelphia International Airport. The direct access to the terminal makes it incredibly convenient and stress-free for early morning departures or late arrivals. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were polite, welcoming, and attentive. The overall ambiance of the hotel is warm and professional, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Parking does take a few minutes to get familiar with since it’s structured around the airport layout, but once you understand the flow, it’s very manageable and convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend for both business and quick travel stays.

Landed in Philadelphia 2 hours before huge snow storm and everything shut down. My ground transportation was canceled for 3 days. Friendly gracious staff went far out of their wat to keep me housed and comfortable. They were tired, and they all had to stay, top. But they never lost their smiles or hospitality

Good place to stay around flights. Small blip this trip as they put us in a different room than reserved. It was fixed but one diesn't need the agg when tired so tgey can give the desired room to someone else. Unfortunate they keep their parking floor of garage 90% empty and no longer allow flyers or anyone else use the spaces with parking in garages tight. Hotel itself serves good and convenient purpose.
